I was cleaning up my leather seats earlier today, and I have a couple marks on the seats (pics are attached) from when I had my old tires in my car (I had a blanket covering the entire seat, but I guess the tires moved and got onto the seat) and these two marks will NOT COME OFF the seats for the life of me...

I have tried leather cleaner, dish washing soap, grease lightening (i'm sure you wont like that) and that is about all...but these two tire marks aren't coming out. what do you recommend to remove these marks? I have Heard Magic eraser works great, as long as I don't push too hard, since they are quite abrasive....

update: I went to Walgreen's and picked up a Magic Eraser, and it did NOTHING to these marks.

Try some leather cleaner like Lexol with boars hair brush to massage out the marks.

ya, I gave Lexol a try with the abrasive side of a dish washing sponge (of course I wasn't pushing too hard)...that didn't do anything.

I would try Super Remover and then Rapid Sthen finish with a Conditioner.

dang, that is expensive stuff, but I bet it would work...i'll have to think about it, I am deploying to the ghan here soon and the car will hardly be in service the next year, maybe I will just take care of it when I back. In the mean time, i'm gonna try either some 303 cleaner or super clean on it here in the next couple of days.

I use baby wipes. Don't ask, these are good for oil paint stains on clothing as well.

Newbie with a 2004 Alpine White "stay-puff" 545i with NAV, cold package, sound, sun shades, CD changer and those beautiful tan seats.
