Steering Wheel Gunk?

What do you all use to clean your steering wheels. My wife's steering wheel has a lot of what looks like lotion stuck in the leather and it won't come off. I've used a damp cloth to scrub it with but it hardly get any of it off.

I would say try some Leather Master rapid s cleaner on that it should do the job.
