Stain on dash near center vents

I have some Einziette coming tomorrow but from what the stain looks like is freon. Its shiny and even a mr clean eraser wont get it out. Im hoping that this will, any suggestions or thoughts?

A pic might help with the diagnosis. There are some detailing experts on the forum.

its kinda hard to angle my camera in there to take a shot. I need a thinner camera so you can see it.
