OK, so if I've just bought my E60 (I have) and I've never detailed it (I haven't), then in what order should I apply what products? Wax first, then Rejex? Polish, wax, then Rejex?

If it's brand new, just throw some Rejex on it. No need for anything else. And remember...thin coats, otherwise you'll be buffing forever.

It's a CPO car, so I don't know what kind of care was completed on the finish by the previous owner. There are some minor swirlies, so I'd like to try to fix those as best as possible before I seal the darn thing for all eternity with Rejex. Will Rejex bond with a surface that has recently been polished/waxed? Also, how often do you guys reapply Rejex?

You guys apply thin coats of Rejex? I tried that at first, but it didn't seem like it was enough. So I went back and did it once over, kinda just "saturated" the surface, let it haze and buffed. Took a while to buff off, but that was the only way I could be sure that it will even bond.

Yep, thin coats. Trust me...it may not look like much, but let it dry to a haze before you lather more on. Otherwise, you'll be like Daniel-Son in the Karate Kid and be waxing-on/waxing-off, all day long. Let me know what you think or Rejex.
Checked the rims this morning after the curing period, and DAMNNNNN, it's soooo smooth! I've been converted to Rejex as well! I'm gonna apply another 2 coats on it later today, will definitely do thin coast.
