from reading several forums i think i am going to get some rejex and put it on the front of the car and on my rims.

do i have steps right?

1. wash car
2. apply rejex per instuctions let cure overnight full 12 hours
3. rewax areas that we rejexed?

Do i need to strip the wax before i rejex or no?

rejex will break down sooner if it is over wax. i'd basically put it on the wheels and cure like you said and maybe your windshield but on the bumpers i'd strip off the wax first.
