Next time you get your car have a rub on the paint work! Is it ruff sicky or smooth like a baby bottom. Tar on paint work, etc.....
In HK I take my to CARS which is quit good.
Every 3 months they give it a very good wash and a 3 coat of wax which most of the light srach are gone.
After they cleaned it like its just come out of the showroom.
