Depends on what you want to accomplish.
Menzerna Super Intensive Polish PO 83 will do a great job getting out moderate to severe swirls, scrapes, and light scratches.
Menzerna Nano Polish PO 106FF is better suited as a final polish - but will still remove minor swirls and stuff.
Unless you need to do some serious correction ... 106FF is the answer.
Best approach is to polish twice with 106FF: the first pass with a medium cutting pad (orange or red), and then the final pass with a polishing pad (white or blue).
