Depends on what you want to accomplish.
Menzerna Super Intensive Polish PO 83 will do a great job getting out moderate to severe swirls, scrapes, and light scratches.
Menzerna Nano Polish PO 106FF is better suited as a final polish - but will still remove minor swirls and stuff.
Unless you need to do some serious correction ... 106FF is the answer.
Best approach is to polish twice with 106FF: the first pass with a medium cutting pad (orange or red), and then the final pass with a polishing pad (white or blue).
Let's see some before & after pics when you are through! Good luck.

I think i got my list together already.
I know i will probably add a ton more stuff like platic cleaner, and polisher for the headllights and 20 million other things, this stuff can get addicting but the foundation will be the menzerna polishing i beleive. I'm planning on doing a thorough job on claying and polishing. I might change from jetseal 109 to meguiars seal #21. I got a banging deal on Souveran wax i couldn't resist.
Lets see how much pop my car will have after im done.
