I have always kept my windshield treated with Rain-X and with good results. I normally drive wo wipers through rain. The problem is getting the Rain-X residue off after the treatment.

So, today, I rubbed RejeX all over the windshield and it came off very easily and very clear. If it lasts like it does on the paint, it will last much longer than Rain-X does. I also treated my mirrors, head lights, sun roof and side windows. I got 27mpg (OBC) on about 225 mile jaunt yesterday and a slick, freshly-RejeXed car. I'll bet I can beat that with the glass treated, too.

It is great stuff. So much easier than wax! I am about to apply a fresh coat myself. I hope this weekend or next weekend.

i just placed an order for a bottle of Rejex. So is there a special way or material to apply it or is it just like regular wax?

thx

Follow the directions on the RejeX container. Pay particular attention to the temperature requirements (under 85 degrees F, IIRC) and the curing time (12 hours).

I think I am going to go for 2 coats of Rejex after this winter. Says it can't hurt.
