So I washed the car today and tried the latest products I had ordered earlier; Dodo Juice Red Mist and Finish Kare #425.
They are both quick detailers, but the Red Mist has more protection ability.
I sprayed & wiped the Red Mist onto every panel, and FK425 only on hood on top of Red Mist.
A short review follows:
Dodo Juice Red Mist:
+ More like a spray sealant, very thick composition when sprayed on panel
+ Very little of product goes far
+ Smells great
+ Gives a wet, deep finish. Makes the flakes on paint pop.
- The shape of bottle. Almost impossible to hold/use with one hand
- requires a careful wipe off to avoid holograms (it's thick!)
Finish Kare #425:
+ Big sufficient bottle
+ Gives a super slick finish
- Also requires a careful wipe off
- Smells like some medicine
I didn't notice that either of products would have had any filling abilities. After this short tryout, I can recommend both

Thanks mates.
I'm looking forward to use FK425 some more. I think it would be at its best at the summer time, when there's more dust flying around. We'll see its anti-static properties better then.
I'm definitely waiting the next time when I can use DJ Red Mist again. I fell in love....
Eric's reactions and opinions are too passionate to write here. All detailing products are like catnip for cats to him
