My Ride: 2007 Titanium Gray 550i, with sport, nav, HUD, Logic7, sat radio, cold weather, rear side airbags, rear seat heaters, and it goes like a bat outta hell!
Hey all....
I'm a firm believer in detailing my car. I'm looking to maybe try a new wax, and thought I would see what you all liked to use. TIA!!

Zaino.
I just started using this product on my 2001 740i based on recommendations from many folks on an E38 forum. The results are outstanding.
It is a lot of work the first time through (6 hours), but after that it is very easy to maintain. Zaino has several products that you apply in layers (each is much easier than putting on wax), and you won't believe the depth and shine you can get with it, especially with metallic paint.
I'm totally sold on it and I plan to apply it right away on my E60.
Here's a shot of my almost 5 year-old E38 after using Zaino.
