My attempt at a detail write-up
Let's just say this weekend was pretty anti-social

Basically did a WHOLE detail. Worked over 12 hours on this car over two days.
Started on Friday with claying the car. The car was FULL of industrial fallout and I spent a total of 6 hours claying the car. I spent 2 hours on the rear bumper/trunk alone.
Day 2 was started by taping up the trim, and going over the car with Meguiars 205 polish with a light pad to get rid of the swirls caused by claying. Meguiars hi-tech yellow wax applied after. All of the high gloss trim was polished/waxed. Exhaust tips polished - couldn't get them 100% clean. Rear taillights polished with Meguiars PlastX with black finishing pad. Engine detailed with Meguiars All Purpose Cleaner followed by Meguiars Silicon Free dressing. There were two sets of scratches on the car. One set on each door. Looks like shopping cart maybe? Not sure. Compounded scratches with Meguiars Ultra Cut Compound followed by 205 polish - cleaned 'em up real nice, can't even see them anymore. Car came out looking great, probably my best work yet

Pre-Detail tape-up:

Interior Detail - Meguiars Leather Cleaner/Conditioner. Vacuumed carpets. Didn't bother with the pedals since I plan on installing aluminum ones soon.

Very nice car! Do you have any good procedure to detail the highgloss shadowline and the glossy b-pillar trim?

Thanks!

Just clean them with some last touch detailing spray, then go over them with fine polish and a light pad. I used a Cyclo polisher. This trim is very easy to work with
Then just put a nice layer of wax on the trim to help prevent water stains. Just make sure to tape off the rubber seals around the gloss trim as these will dry out if wax gets on them.
