I used to have to wash my E46 in steel blue metallic every week to look clean. I've had my titanium silver E60 for a month and have only washed it once. I california car dust it every few days (paint and wheels, seperated dusters) and clean the windows once a week or so, but it just doesn't look dirty! Of course it hasn't rained, but still. I'm going through washing withdrawal! :)

Thats exactly why I only buy silver.....the CA car duster does the job 95% of the time.....

Same Here, Although I still think Silver Grey is the best looking colour for the E60. But lazy is my whole reason for this Titanium Silver. My old E46 was a Titanium Silver and my E60 is still a Titanium Silver. Car wash is only a monthly thing for me :D

Come to sunny Wales and drive on our roads. If it's not hammering with rain, causing muddy floods, the roads are covered in sheep sh*t :)

Ditto here. My last 5 cars have been silver. Dust them off, clean the wheels and when it rains, wash them.

However, winter in thre upper Midwest is an entire different drill........

My 2001 325i was black and what a pain!! Great color when clean and waxed but it never stays clean. That's why I got silver and I have no regrets. It almost never looks dirty.

Same here in the bay area. Got the car washed yesterday--it had been 5 weeks. CA car dusters--and silver gray paint--is great!

Me too. Went from a black 325i to my silver grey 545i. Surprising how much more time I now have on my hands.

Still, nothing like a black BMW. Well worth the effort, in my mind.
