How often do you clean your windows from the inside?

My Ride: My ex-ride: EU '08 LCI 520dA. Space Grey, Sport Seats in Black Leather/Fabric Anthracite, Sport Steering Wheel, A/C with Extended Features, Hi-Fi Speakers, Cup Holders, Cruise with Braking function, Folding Rear Seats, Xenons, Park Distance Control.
Just last week, when the sun did shine for a while, I realized that my rear window is really dirty from the inside
and then I realized that the windscreen and actually all my cars windows are really dirty from the inside.
But then, I have never cleaned them in my new car and that is since early February this year...
How often do you clean your car windows from the inside?

My Ride: 2004 BMW 545i Sport Package, Titanium Gray II Metallic, Wheel Style 124
this is what i do when i goto the car wash and purchase only a basic wash... and i tip the guy who is drying my car before hand and i tell him to clean the windows and dust and they dooo a wonderful job but i notice this works if you tip 5$ before they start and they will do the WORKS and focus on detail

Windscreen and side windows once a month, rear window 2-3 times a year -because it's so difficult to clean.
