Imagine. Dropping your new 545 off to be hand-washed thinking you're treating it just right only to return to discover the interior sprayed with some god awful scented deodorizer, destroying the orfactory delight that only comes from a new BMW. Believe it or not . . . this happened to me. And let it be a warning to you.

sorry to hear about your sour experience, that sux. thanks for the warning.
nothing pays off better than hard work, next time spend an afternoon to wash your car yourself.
hope the scent will clear out soon.

Indeed, horror it is!!! I would definitely freak out if someone sprayed some aweful smell in my car! I even tell my girlfriend not to put on too much perfume when getting in my car, must be paranoide I guess.

Go back to those who cleaned it, and insist that they must have spilled something in the interior

This sounds extremely annoying - at least compared to the fact that I easily get annoyed by the smell left by some people's perfumes.

Could be, if so, I think I'll book an appointment every month just to get the smell back. I really doubt that they have some kind of product for it, maybe it is just the smell that is present inside a garage/workshop that gets back in your car and makes it smell a bit like you just took delivery?
