I picked up my car from the BMW dealer after having work performed and my headliner showed dirty fingerprints. I pointed this out to the service manager and he returned with a wipe and cleaned it immediately. I was so impressed I asked him what was the product. He said it was industrial ZEP wipes not available to general public.

Does anyone know what this product is? What is recommended for cleaning a headliner?

Nope but you can buy "Tuff Stuff" this is a great cleaner for fabrics that works awesome on my tan interior. I found it at my local Wal-Mart.

This stuff is good for any interior fabric in my expirence too btw and can get rid of stubborn exhaust grime on tips!
