Are you serious? You went to a car wash and expected them NOT to scratch your car? There isn't a single car wash in America that you could drive through and not get your car covered in swirls or hairline scratches etc.

Sorry to hear about your experience, if it was me I would probably act like 530ISPORT suggests, that sucker could be now counting the mouth losses,lol.

I phoned earlier today and tried to get the other partner on the phone.
Guess who answered, Mike F. (don't know his last name, just first initial). He even sounded like a d*(k on the phone.

dispute the charge through your credit card company....and if you paid cash, then i guess lesson learned.
