Are you serious? You went to a car wash and expected them NOT to scratch your car? There isn't a single car wash in America that you could drive through and not get your car covered in swirls or hairline scratches etc.

Sorry to hear about your experience, if it was me I would probably act like 530ISPORT suggests, that sucker could be now counting the mouth losses,lol. Just to add to your note I picked up the business address: 7711 Crow Canyon Rd. and his phone number: (925)648-2250 so we all know where hell is.

I phoned earlier today and tried to get the other partner on the phone.
Guess who answered, Mike F. (don't know his last name, just first initial). He even sounded like a d*(k on the phone.

I'm pretty much over it, and you fellas make me feel a lot better.

you should also put them on blast on Yelp.com or other online business reviews to spread the word..

put them on blast....lol i love it. On a serious note, figure out what he drives pay some kids to key the shit out of it and then tell him how using his own car wash will only lead to more scratches!

dispute the charge through your credit card company....and if you paid cash, then i guess lesson learned.
