I just picked up the car from the service dept. Seems a service tech handled the A-pillar with dirty hands. I don't want to smudge the dirt/oil marks and make it worse! Anyone have any ideas on how to clean this? Thanks!

Don't worry about small stuff like that, where are your priorities? Start thinking about an Angelus Crest Meet in November!

If you are concerned about smuging it or making it worse, stop by the place that serviced the car and ask them to clean it.

+1. This is totally unacceptable and the dealership needs (and I'm sure will) to make it right. While driving back to the dealership may be a frustrating inconvenience (especially if you don't live close), I think it's the right thing to do in this case. Hold them accountable. I'm sure the dealership leadership won't be happy with the service dept giving them a bad reputation and curtailing business!

Are you talking about the fabric?
If yes, try Griots.
