My 2006 530i is in need of some serious exterior detailing. The paint has a bunch of swirl marks and there are a few nicks here and there. Does anyone have experience with a really good car detailing shop here in Houston, TX?

Try Russell Sims:

http://www.personaltouchdetailer.com/

He's done a few of my cars and the results are second to none.

Sounds like a good DIY project there; the result will not be the same as the pro but it's a learning process.
