What compounds were used, as it was dusty - whatever it was... (see wiper blade and below)
Besides that, excellent paint correction - very good eselection of pads as well, those ccs pads are great. I just wish I knew which compounds were used in conjunction, and which combinations were applied.

I believe Phil uses Menzerna, which is what I use as well. It's the best!

...So do I, and I agree, but which specific products/pad combinations were utilized?

yes I misplaced that photo if you look down 1 or 2 we did a rinse down and the dust was removed.

the car was not delivered that way.

If you read the post you will see exactly what was used as well as what pad as well as which machine

Just in case you don't see it here it is again.

interesting how you swapped abrasiveness, white/green and po85rd
I do the same thing often, all depends on the paint - I find that po106FF sometimes is nice to burnish with a green, but SIP works well with it as well on occasion, if you want the compound to do more of the work as apposed to the pad - therefor creating much less, if any marring.

what was funny is the pg cut really well but the halograms/buffer trails just wouldn't go away after orange and SIP.

I called a buddy up and he said go with Green and 106 and I said are you serious...guess what it worked and it worked well everything cleared up and to make sure I didn't put anything else in it I did PO85RD with a blue pad.

Then Menzerna Top Inspection...

Sounds to me like it was the ever so typical orange induced marring. happens all the time with me if I use orange. When I use orange, I expect to leave some strong holograms behind, but fine holograms to be removed with 106.

basically the dealer really f its up and they pretty much did it with a glaze and a wool pad.

I know I didn't put more into it that's for sure.
