Car Cover Cleaning

...Was never really sure the appropriate way to clean a car cover (other than washing outside, turning inside out and washing inside)...I use mine daily and the inside eventually gets dusty/dirty. I have the BMW water-resistant cover...not the cloth one. Anything more specific I should or should not be doing?

I searched a bit on the net and basically found out that you need to follow the manufacturer's instructions because some covers can be washed in a washer and some can't. Most can't be dried in a dryer.

I spray mine with a hose while it's on the car and let it dry on the car. I pull up the sides a bit to circulate the air.

I guess if you want to wash the underside, just put the cover on in reverse and hose it down.
