No tricks to keeping it off. Some have suggested waxing your wheels so the dust can be cleaned off more easily. I just wipe mine off every few days. The wheels (sorry I do not know the number) on my 535i with SP are so easy to wipe off.

I tried everything to keep my 172's clean , nothing worked !!! The only solution is a dustless pad like AXXIS, just google them . I've had them on since new with my 08 550 and they are stunning ! I can go for weeks without the wheels being unsightly, and yes the performance is the same as OEM ...

This is pretty much about the only thing you can do.

Otherwise no matter what you put on your wheels to repel dust it will still get filthy in a few days. Though by putting on a product like Rejex or Wheel Wax the brake dust comes off quite easily.

Axxis deluxe pads. I've installed them on my 545i and have no brake dust for weeks, huge difference.

Axxis Deluxe Plus, the best out there in terms of dust and performance, and our best seller.
