Don't know where you live but if you are in the US you can get a can of Never Dull. It is for Chrome but I got silly one day and cleaned my wheels with it. Ever since then each time I just spray down the car with fresh water the brake dust goes away. No wiping and no extra cleaning. This is 3 car washes later.

Hope this helps,
Kris

<<<<BDS (brake dust slave).

When I replace my pads, I will be looking in alternatives that either produce less dust or a lighter color dust. I've seen many different types for sale.

Anyone with experience on other cars have some solutions for this?

There was some talk a while back about using "Rejex" on the wheels.

I think kigerka and JDN have used it but I don't remember the results. Kigerka, you didn't mention anything about Rejex -- did you ever try it?

(something tells me JDN is on vacation -- he's been off-the-air lately)

The rejex cmae in but I have not had a place to apply it. But I have heard with Rejex you still have to wipe away the brakedust. Never Dull!!!!

Our car seems to generate quite a lot of brake dust.. at least after our 8300km road trip

The rim and inner rim of the front wheels were completely covered in black dust. In addition, there was a very thick brake dust mud on the inside of the rims.
