Some of you guys are nazis with the car wash rules. I get that automatic car washes create swirl marks, but automatic car washes+polishing my car twice a year still equals less effort than washing my car in the driveway every time. Sometimes I just need a clean car on a Tuesday afternoon!
It's only a daily driver, it's not like it's a concourse show car - no need to treat it like it's your only child.

My Ride: '04 530d Executive, all options except sunroof and comfort seats
ECU remapped by ZipTuning to 260+bhp.
Just took it to the carwash today and i just cleaned my rims (no way to do that properly in a carwash...)
Took a couple of pictures with my iPhone as my Sony was out of juice.
I'm still in shock as to how good the E60 looks.

automatic car washes just plain suck. I would rather let my e60 stay dirty for weeks before I would ever send it through a car wash. Even the "touchless" style. None of them get the car completely clean....the ass end always gets missed, and other areas like lug holes, etc..
