Anyone know what to use to remove this stain

It would help to know what it was. For example some stains are from water soluble liquids (soda for example) others require a solvent to remove oil-based stains, etc. Using the wrong cleaning product might actually make a stain worse. Others can dissolve or weaken the adhesives that hold the headliner material to its backing.
If it's high velocity blood splatter ... get a lawyer first!

It looks oily/greasy?its a strawberry flavored NO2 workout supplement, it was a new brand and i didnt know that it was gassy so when i opened the cap after shaking it, it exploded all over the liner on top
no blood lol

I think use a "slightly" damp MF cloth with mix of APC (All purpose cleaner) could do the trick
