After polishing the headlights what process you guys take to protect the plastic from turning yellow?

 

I have polished my headlights few times and sometimes I put wax or sealant on them, nothing more and they are as clear as ever.

keep the car out of the sun

i've seen auto part stores and even walmart sell a spray specifically for headlight uv protection after refinishing.

 

Ya that's what I do currently till I find a better long lasting result vs always re polishing.

Yes keep the darn headlights out of direct sun atleast facing away from the sun when parked. I believe 303 Aerospace has great UV protection and I've heard good things about them and been thinking of giving it a try.

 

I have found this kit that actually supplies an Clear coat protection spray after you polish your headlights and UV protection, but have not give it a try. If you end up trying it anyone please give inputs on this product it's called Headlight restore Doctor.
