My Ride: 2006 525i Silver Gray/Gray Dakota Leather | Steptronic | Cold Weather | Xenon | Premium Package
Modifications:
M Aero Kit | Carbon Fiber Kidney Grill | K&N Air Filter | Charcoal Filter Removed | Radenergie R10 Silver 20" soon | kW coilover V3 | SprintBooster soon | M5 trunk finisher
Next planned mods:
?Hamann quad exhaust + Hamann quad rear diffuser + Hamann Front Lip?
At that kind of price, I wouldn't let him do anything to my car. I do them myself

Seriously that is absurd. I can get a great shine on my black car and I do it all myself. I wash, clay, polish, seal and wax. Results speak for themselves. P21S makes a very nice Carnabua wax that does not cost 6k, but I will put my rig up against anything he has done.

I would agree with everyone about being to exspensive. but the one thing that I would take from him is the use of a automatic buffer or polisher instead of by hand. Is that how most of you guys wax, or polish your car?

My Ride: 2005 BMW-Alpina B5 Touring #007, Malachite Green w/ Caramel Individual interior
1999 BMW 840Ci Sport Individual, Techno Violet w/ Champagne Individual interior
Ah yes, Paul Dalton...
He's coming round in a couple of weeks to detail my Alpina. Needless to say, not all of his jobs cost ?5000 - I expect I'll be paying closer to ?400 for 7-8hrs work, after the 10% discount he was offering this month.
He's been using Zymol, but is in the process of commissioning his own waxes, in part to save thousands of pounds / dollars, in part to get even better results.
The man's a total nerd, but he's a nice chap and my god does your car end up looking good! He did a fantastic job on my E31 a couple of years ago.

very nice!
He uses zymol?? That's surprising to me. It is quality stuff, but it's not the best by any means. I'll stick to my detailedimage.com supplies like Menzerna.
