I am about to get a car from these guys in germany and because I have to pay a deposit in advance I was wondering has any of you heard of them. Are they a decent company?

I found them at www.mobile.de, then made an inquiry after which they sent me details of three 535d. I chose one and they sent me a preliminary contract in which they want 15% upfront and the rest when I go to pick up the car. The funny thing is that they do not guarantee that you would get that car cause they take it from some BMW carpool where other dealers can see it too and it can get sold in the meantime. In that case they give you your money back. I dunno what to do it sounds a bit dodgy.

Please don't send them any money !!
Eastern Europe is loaded with money scams such as this.
They want a deposit or goodwill money to do the deal.
Another thing to look out for is if they request Western Union fund transfers.

I bought recently a car from Germany. It is usual to registrate the car only for one day. The car will not be drive. you buy it new. only that they registrate the car in their country to receive a bonus.

I had a problem with them. So I first received an offer for My Mercedes S 320 4matic from AVgmbH. The offer was with 10000 euro better than any other offer. so they asked me to pay a deposit of 12.000 Euro and they assured me that I will be able to take the car from them in 1 week. I payed the money and I waited for 1 week. after that I tryed to tke the car from them but the didn't had the car. They did not have any car. It was very hard to take the money back. [#ff0e00]Attention[/#ff0e00] they take money in advance without having any car on stock. They are trying to take a deposit from you and than they do not give you any car.
