This car is not new to me. Did you know about the miles when you agreed to buy it? If so, than its ok. If not, I would ask for a discount. If it were the other way around, they would take something off. It could have been red-lined 10 times already while out on test drives. I know when I test drive cars, i push them to the max. Most likely this isnt a big issue, but if you can save some $$ why not. Ask for free sat radio or something...

cold weather package/ convenience package/premium sound package/ sport package/sunshades/Navigation/ V3 cradle/ OE 166 wheels/M-tech upgrade/M rear spoiler/ racemesh m-tech grill/racemesh kidney grills/M5 mirrors/M5 steering wheel/ HID fog light conversion/ M5 SMG paddles
I would file 109miles under "dont sweat the small stuff"...that aint a lot of miles to be concerned about - factor in a test drive or two, road tests from the dealership, and ship to port movement and this mileage is quite reasonable....
As for price, I cant imagine ANYBODY paying sticker or close to for a car (new or used). I pulled off a 12K 'discount' from my new car (had 114miles on it). This small odometer reading wont be a big factor in any pricing discussions - your skills at negotiation will be!
Also - new car is by definition, a car that has never been registered. You will want to make sure its not a car that was returned after a weekend of bliss for a new owner that was declined financing. If the warranty clock is still intact, youre good to go!!
