Asking is 35k, and it literally has every option (including NV and HUD).
Price is about $4K high. I've got offers from 2 dealers to certify my car and sell it to me for $34K w/out any bargaining. Mine has $45K on it. Wholesale for my car was around $25K.
This one should be about $3K less. Mine does not have HUD though.

+2 I never understood how a car's value due to wear and tear is related to "miles" instead of something more relevant like usage hours.

I'd take 60k of highway miles over 30k of city miles or 1k of drag racing miles.
+3... Bought my '05 with 60k, now at 93k still drives like it did. You take good care of the car, then it should last long.

+4...Just bought my '07 550i with 60k miles for an exceptional price. The depreciation has kicked in, but the car looks, smells and drives like new. If you find a good example, pull the trigger, IMHO. Now just have to decide whether or not to get those MTEC v2 LED's for the angel eyes...

My 2004 530i had 82,567miles and still drives as it should, a champ! I say, go for it. Thats gonna be one hell of a deal! Besides, you got warranty. No worries.

BTW: I had offers on my 530i and people were telling me they have owned BMW's with over 250,000 miles on them. One guy's old 7 series had 300,000 miles and finally broke down, so he donated it. These machines are built well.

+5!

I've always wanted lower miles but bought my '05 545i with 68k on the clock. I was really hesitant at first but I just reminded myself miles is one thing, but how well the car was taken car of is a whole different story. Luxury cars with high miles honestly scare me (reason why I sold my E46 M3 soon after the warranty expired) but the 100k warranty and my 10 miles a day commute make it feel so much better . Also, how else can you be a baller on a budget and get an awesome E60 for low 20's?!

I get looks sometimes of that 'wow look at that spoiled brat' face since I look pretty young, but I simply chose a used E60 over a new Honda Accord or related car. Given my situation, I felt it works. Back when I had a 45 mile a day commute, I just used my trusty Nissan Sentra.

If it's what you want and in your price range, I say go for it. CPO is a great comfort to have!
