Your profile shows Xenon lamps ... is the main lamp bulb not white or are you referring to the headlamp cover being discolored?

If it's the former, there may be a bulb or electronic problem covered by warranty. If it's the latter, perhaps the plastic cover discoloration can be cleaned up with the appropriate plastic cleaners/restorers.

refering to the headlight covers. Can they be ordered separately? I called a local body shop to see if they would buff/poish, etc. They said no because it will just return.....

The e60 headlight covers are not replaceable. If your dealer can't repair the problem try a good detailer - they are more accustomed to restoring plastics that are body shops that are best at replacing parts.

when i got mine as a certified vehicle i tried to get them replaced and said that
the discoloration was a defect, but they said its not covered cus its a normal wear and tear.
after not going back to that dealer for scratching my car i went to another local dealer \
and inquired again and without any hessitation they called me and said that they will be able
to replace it under warranty.i think it cost $800 per side and i got it through warranty.
