i was at the dealer this past friday and asked him if he could check, on it even though I check the owners circle daily, and he said 4/24 was estimated day of delivery, but also commented on the fact that, that day is not certain. I'm just wondering when I could expect it, because I'm going crazy here waiting, specially since it's past the date he told me. Please help

Patience grasshopper! Seriously, he's right about the variation in delivery days, but if he estimated the 24th, I'd call him. Can vary depending on where else the truck driver is making deliveries. Really should be any day now, but I know that's not the answer you want to hear!

The other thing I forgot to add, was the fact that owner's circle says the car is still en route, thats what has me confused, if it hasn't said at preperation center yet, how can the dealer expect it at a date that has already come and passed?

The Owner's Circle is always behind. For my car, the OC said "Awaiting transport" the day it arrived at my dealer. Your dealer has a more up-to-date estimate than the website...

I just call BMW NA at, 1-800-831-1117, its an automated line. It has always been about one step ahead of the website.

Your dealer should have a reliable updated report every morning.

Same is here. Dealer promised April 29th delivery. I called him today and
he said another 10 days. He also said that my vehicle is arrived at the port but still on the ship
Web-site says "En Route". I called 800# and got more confused- it changed the status from "In Transit" to "waiting for the shipping vessel"? Again?
I ordered my 545i on March 5th.

I even found the phone system delayed. As pointed out by others, the dealer can get a daily status report on the car. They will have the latest, greatest info. If the dealer says the car is at the port, it is, likely just arrived. If he means 10 days from now, that's only 6 days from his estimate. The wait is hard, but keep in mind that many SA's build in a cushion, as they would rather have the car show up earlier than later. Mine took seven days from landing in Charleston to arriving at my dealer.
