My Ride: 2004 545I WHITE ON GRAY , SMG, NAV, SPORT PKG, PREM SND, COLD WTHR, STOCK CHROME, TITANIUM TINTS, EURO REFLECTORS, DEBADGED.
The dealer has the damned car longer than i have since i got it i swear to god its probably 70 % 30% me being the 70.Every problem you could possibly imagine ive had with this car. This is the scary part people......i fu*kin love this carrrrrr....nothing drives like it...... when its drivable. just needed to vent thanx for listnen oh and sorry bout the Fsss

Sometimes it may be a big defect car... If its relatively new, you can probably get your dealer to replace it. By new I mean a few days or so... Hope they sort it out for you.

Yikes... sorry to hear... try a different dealer... or make them buy it back. I promise you there are some good E60s out there... Its a great car when it works.

yeah whats wrong? if its a lemon why worry? you are in United States with one of the best Lemon Laws in the world, around this side of the world even if they give you a new car, you have to make the dealer pay for the 198% customs duty for the replaced vehicle, so it NEVER happens , well almost never, if you are son/daughter/wife/sister/brother of a the well known family" you may sometimes get TWO FREE vehicles lol......
