what is the average price to install lowering springs in the NW?

I bought the ebich pro kit and wanted to install it asap.. The shop I went to quoted me for $530 since the guy said it takes more than 7 hrs to get it done plus another 120 for allignment... does this sound right? how much did you guys pay for the labor? by the way, I am in seattle wa. anyone can tell me? thanks
