Im soooo close to closing a deal on a 07 M5, speacially since I found about this whole MSD thing (multiply security deposits..to lower the money factor) I know there are some of you that know of a dealer up north where M sales are down cause of the winter months and are offering huge discounts on stock cars, well...WHERE ARE YOU GUYS?? Also Post up your MSRP, Down, & payment before tax, I'm sure it will be interesting to see the flucuation in payment range and down money!!

There is a pretty good selection of used M5s out there that can be had for around $75K. IMHO, given lease money factors are so high, buying used seems to be a good alternative if you are looking to keep it awhile.
On Ebay (below link), there is a snow state dealer (MA) offering a 2006 6,600mi M5 for $18K off new price (leasing available)

SOME kinda are. NOTE: I made it a point to underline "SOME." 
I've had this discussion before with some other e60.net members. Then there are M5 owners like bmwbonehead, wolverine, ,and cidair. They're pretty chill from what I've seen.
