Thumbs up

Just brought my car into Rallye today. They are keeping it through tomorrow (they gave me a loaner)... Besides having a very hot service advisor (girl), does anyone have feedback on the quality of work?

Haven't had any experience with Rallye, however, I go to Hassle BMW of Freeport LI and they are awesome!

+1, I also go to rallye, I know the chick you are talking about , oh yeah, their service department does a pretty good job also, between average and above average.

Ralley by far the WORST!!! service dept ever. first of all they take your car inteh mornnign, then they keep it all day, by the time they do a diagnostic, it's 4:30 then they don't call you , you have to call them , for them to tell you that we need to keep the car overnight, and they can tell what the problem is by mid day the next day.

They charge you more than any other dealer, and if you get a warning light after you pick up the car, they do the whole thing again, and charge you again , and again...

Now if you have a lease form them, and it's under the warrenty, maybe you won't have the loaner too long, or you will be testing out most of the cars onthe lot.

I myself has had 3 verybad experiences, first time I thought it was me, so I went again. Just so that the same thing can happen to me. The first 2x I had the same guy, then I thought it was the sale rep, manager, whomever it might have bee. So I tried one more time.

The third time after I paid I called amex, and cancelled the charges, after explainning to them what exactly happened, and howmany times.

No one has contacted me since, it's been 6 months, and nothign. This has happened to 4 people I knwo, and I am number 5.

Try it who knows, maybe they will work for you.

Good luck
