05 545 with sport, prem, cold, nav, shades, sat prep, folding seats, 6speed, comfort seats. Car has to be ordered. MSRP is $66,800. They didn't go lower on price of car.
Deal is 36 mo/12k mi./ 62% residual/ MF.00165, 0 down. Lease inception fee is like $500, term fee is about $350. Monthly is $978 with taxes. My tax rate is 7%.
Thanks in advance,
Scott

My Ride: 2005 530i - Alpine white with auburn interior; tip, xenon, pdc, sirius, prem, cold weather, red reflectors and xpel.
Are you serious? While I don't know your market, its not a reasonable deal. You should be able to get an attractive discount off of MSRP. Are you willing to pay MSRP to buy the car? If no, you shouldn't be leasing it at that price either. The dealer is also inflating the money factor by a 1%, the max they are able to do. The base rate is 3%.
I think you need to do some research on the car's pricing as well as the finer points of leasing.
