Has anyone open a PuMA case? My dealership wanted to replace the radio because when they did a version update there computer can not "talk" to it anymore. Now the screen is blank. When I mention this to my SA he said "oh" a PuMA case we can try but it think you will still need to buy a new radio. It seems as if they are just throwing parts at it.

SA called me today and BMW said I would have to pay 2 hours of labor to be able to process the PuMA case. So he's trying to just put a radio in and try to program it. About time someone is stepping up to the plate. Somehow i think the ability to install an A/M radio in a vehicle is the way to go!
