Problems with modding leased cars?

Hello all,
I'm about to pull the trigger on an 07 550i here in the SF bay area. I would like to do some mild mods (exhaust, suspension, wheels) to the car and I want to know if anyone has ever had any problems getting their modded cars serviced at the dealership, expecially in the SF bay area? Which dealers are mods friendly? I've heard that East Bay is pretty easy going. Thanks!

Dealers really don't care too much if you mod a lease car. The problem is if the mod is the cause of a problem which they will not warranty. When you return the car after the lease is over just make sure it's back to stock form.

Mods, thanks for moving the thread.
The mods that I plan on doing most likely won't void the warranty, there's nothing really much more that I can do to a 550i besides lowering springs, 19" wheels and maybe an aftermarket catback - which shouldn't void anything. I know BMW SF has problems CPOing cars even with a simple catback bolt on that's why I am asking around.

As he our dear friend said it actually only the engine you should not touch. But exhausts, suspension and wheels can be altered to stock when you have to give it back right. May be some painting in the end but good luck and post up the pics. What suspension you need btw? I would only change springs not the whole system as it is suffiecient for normal use and sport too, but not harming warranty.
Yep! I would rather not touch anything in the engine compartment, not even the intake, well maybe a drop in filter but that's absolutely it I swear. The catback is an easy bolt on and bolt off, and lastly the springs, which would you recommend for a slight drop? I don't want anything that will end up rubbing and having to roll the fenders or anything. Stock sport 18" will do for now, but would like to go up to 19"s depending if the drop won't be a problem. Thanks!

Well, I got the car last night. 07 Jet black on black with Anthracite maple wood trim. Sport, step, rear shades, folding rear seats, heated front seats, nav w/RTTI. I would've taken an 07 Sapphire black on auburn but it has the HD radio so it didn't come with RTTI and I wanted RTTI. Anyhoo the car is great already, I probably won't even touch the suspension at all, however I will probably change the catback for a little more agressive sound and maybe do some intake work. Thanks for all your help!
