My 'rest' button which uses residual heat from the engine does not turn on sometimes after i turn the ignition off to use this feature. anyone have the same problem?? please report.

It depends how long you have been driving for. If you went on a short journey then tried to use the residual heat function there isn't any, so it doesn't come on.
