Pricing Question: Should I Go For This Deal.....???
#1
well finally got a deal just about settled with internet sales manager. They are offering 2007 530i (sports, prem, automatic, and logic7) for 1500 above invoice. Currently negotiating with them about whether the 1500 above invoice includes the $380 MACO fee or not. Should I take this deal? Should I take it even if I have to add another $380 for MACO on top of the $1500 + invoice? thanks for the help guys!

My Ride: 2007 Titanium Gray 550i, with sport, nav, HUD, Logic7, sat radio, cold weather, rear side airbags, rear seat heaters, and it goes like a bat outta hell!
If it's $1500 over invoice WITHOUT any additional fees....it's OK.....but if it includes fees, I think you should work the dealer a bit more.......1k to 1500 over invoice seems to be pretty much the norm now

My Ride: 2006 550i SMG
The deal is OK. Is the car on the lot or need to order? Seams like every 5r I see on the road is a 530 (has to be the most popular model)...so you should be able to negotiate closer to sub $1000, specially as it gets closer to the end of the month and the car is on the lot. Don't be shy about forwarding the email offers to all of the dealers you are working with. Let them fight for your business, the longer you wait the better deal you'll get until the 1st of the month comes then you need to wait till the end of the next month. I'm sure you already know all this though. Good luck...great choice!!!!
