The vehicle was sold on 04/30/2008, per the Carfax.

I'm not saying I don't believe you but the cheapest AW 535i with similar options $29980 w/ 58k miles, navigation, non-CPO.

The next AW 535i has "brown" interior - $30,995 w/ 44k miles, premium, navigation, CPO.

Next 2 AW 535i's have tan interior - $32,900 w/ 50k miles, cold, premium, navi, CPO.
$33800 w/ 51k miles, premium, navi, CPO.

I could keep going down the list but I'm not seeing any reason to.

I wish you were correct but it really seems like the AW/black combo is more expensive than a more common color.

I think Chicago got better deals for BMW due to Perillo (not gonna say more about them). JMK, i think the prices is actually "slightly" higher, but not that far up. If it came with Navi, $34k might be just right, but of course they are making around $3k to $4k excluding the CPO cost. Some of th eprofitprobably went into refurbishing the vehicles, replaces tires etcs.. But I can see you still could get some off. And it also really depends on where you are...cheaper in some cities and more expensive in some other. East Coast usually are cheaper.

Story about flood of Acura's are BS, every sales person in any car delaership says the same shit when getting a trade. Mine went as far as saying no one wants a Monaco blue car (yeah right, my trade sold in 2 weeks, and the space gray still sits there after 4 mths)

The Acura TL stuff is what my friends told me (that work at other dealerships), not the BMW one.

I hear you. I think they could be a bit lower but sometimes when you see what you want, you just got to go for it.

Stay tuned!

sell your acura through auto trader, never trade a car in, then you can haggle with him about the price.. i paid 31500 for 08 535, black on black, sport and premium package, no navi, cpo, 46k miles.

I am in the NYC area and my experiece with JMK was that they were on the high side. AW does command slightly more money in any market but I would never buy any luxury car for that much money without NAV that feature is a big selling point when you will resell one fine day.

Price: 34k
Trade: -10k
Balance: 24k
Rough Tax: 2k
Total w/tax: 26k

you offered them 25,300 .. thats pretty fair!

btw .. try to find a private sale as you can at the very least save some $$ on sales tax.

Just bought my 08 535i in Atlanta (platinum grey) no nav, sport package, comfort access, cold weather with low 40s miles for 33~ I went to several dealerships and had a really hard time getting them to come off. I walked away from several salesmen. If you want the car, get it man. They get snapped up sooo fast too. You wont regret it ;)
