Price check on 04 545i manual...

Hey guys I'm getting one step closer on ending my search for my next car. I found this one, let me know what you think is a fair price.
CPO 04 545i manual 19k miles, sports, prem sound, nav, heads up, comfort seats, rear shade, xenon, park distance. build date in 2/04(around there)
The asking price is 53k>>went down to 51k. What should be my final bottom line price? You can PM if you want. Thanks for the help, I appreciate it.

My Ride: 530iA Silver Grey , black interior. Premium Package, Navigation System, Head-up Display, Radio Satellite, Adaptive Xenon Headlights. AC Schnitzer Front Lip, H&R springs, Rear red reflector, All season Floor mat,
I've heard people paying as low as $45k for a 04 545i. 51k sounds pretty high to me..

Was it 45k for a CPO one? If I was looking for an automatic I would have dozens to choose from but unforuntely there are only a few manuals, so I have less flexibility in the price. I'm going to give them a call to see thier flexibility. Thanks.

Sport, 6, bk/bk, Premium Sound, Cold Weather, Active Headlights, Tinted Windows, Clear Bra! Winter wheels 'plastic dipped'
Bought mine in Colorado on nov. 29th.
pretty close to the one you're looking at:
04 545i, 6 speed, sport, premium sound, rear shade, xenon's, pdc - no hud, no nav.
45K. Dealer messed up taxes, saved another 1900 in taxes...
Hope you bought it -- I've put 6K on it and smile every time I get in it... not sure your color, mine's bk/bk...now I'm a member of the wash every weekend and wax at least 2x/month club (happily)!
