Please HELP 2006 525xi full options 51k miles Extended Warranty $
#1
Hello,
I am trying to come back to E60 (had 05 545i before).
I found 2006 525xi with 51k miles.
It's got Sports, Nav, Cold Weather, L7, Xenon
The good thing is this original owner can transfer full coverage extended warranty from a 3rd party at $2300 for 3year 100k miles.
We agreed on $22k.
Would this be a good deal to go after?
Thank you and please help me come back.

My Ride: 2008 535i Monaco blue/cream beige, light poplar trim, sport, nav, premium, Logic 7, 6 speed manual
My other rides:
Departed: 2006 530xi Silver gray/black, anthracite maple trim, cold, sport, nav, premium, Logic 7, 6 speed steptronic, bluetooth, adaptive xenons
Departed...2002 525i White/beige, 5 sp manual
Doesn't sound too bad to me. I would check some other values though to be sure.

Cold Weather Package
Sounds like a great deal. Way less then what I paid 9 months ago but then again we get raped on prices up here in Canada.

My Ride: E60 545 sport package , cold weather, pdc , logic7 , navi , comfort seats
I also still have the 2005 545 , but you coming from a powerful v8 545 engine to this 525 , even though with all the goodies you may get , you will be unhappy with the performance if that it is not a issue for you , then I say go ahead.

I sold my 545i due to a tranny jerk in start/stop. I found that this "defect" was not present on 530i or 525i.
That's why I am downsizing the engine. Other than that 545i was a perfect car for me.
