Let me start by saying that I've been reading this forum for about 3 weeks now,
and you have definitely influenced some of my decision making. 
As a result, I joined BMWCCA, registered in E60 Forums and ordered
(my first) a 2005 545i for European Delivery on July 18th. 
Here are the specs:
Titanium Grey
Black Dakota Leather
Athracite wood trim
SMG
Sport Package
Premium Sound with Sirius Satellite
Cold Weather with Rear seat heating too
Sunshades
Fold down rear seats
I am very excited about the European Delivery and plan to document it in detail. I appreciate any input/comments/suggestions concerning my selections/options/ED.

Very nice setup Hardware! I'm envious, I couldn't make the ED on my car. Maybe for the next one, when the kids are older...

Nicely optioned. One day I may do ED, but I'm afraid the 6 week wait after ED would kill me!

My Ride: MY05 545i Jet Black with Auburn interior. SMG, Logic7, Sport Package, Comfort Seats, Navigation.
If you can, get the Navigation. I couldn't survive in Europe without it. I did ED last November and it was the most enlightening trip of all time for me. The navigation will also allow you more voice commands than non-nav.
