i dropped mine off today for the darn oil leak all i got was a damn pontiac g6 =/ hope they are finished fast!
They gave me a G6 too
But last Fri, they gave me 528.
The dealership is BMW of Dallas and I didn't buy my car there.
Seems like if there is a BMW loaner then they will give you one, if not, they'll give you Enterprise rental car.

Hey Guys, I know I'm a few days late on adding my comments, but I think the loaner cars are to the discretion of the dealership. I take my car to BMW Waterloo and they always give me a loaner. I purchased my car from another BMW dealership in New Market, Ontario. In fact, my car is in for an oil change and some extra things that I've asked them to review as my CPO warranty starts (I'm around the corner from 80,000 km's) and they gave me a new white X3. The ride is not that great, but the interior brown & black leather is really nice!
I have brought my car to this dealership 4 times for minor issues and I always get a loaner - for free. I just have to bring it back with the same amount of gas.
