I'm looking at an E90 328i in San Jose, Cali, that I found on Cars.com. I need someone to go to the dealer and check out the car for me to make sure its not a pile of junk.

Yea...car is fishy...got imported out of Africa with 8K miles, 20k oil changes, and possible rear end accident LOL
