I say almost. After ordering my first car 4 months ago and then refusing to take delivery after 3+ weeks at the VPC last month for the DME recall, it appears my 05 is at the VPC and may be at the dealership tomorrow. 
I guess its time to clean out the garage. My CA has promised to ship it to me in a covered truck as I am about 500 miles from the dealership. Don't worry I'll provide pics, especially the new 05 parts, when it arrives.

Is MY2005 already in U.S. soil 3 weeks ago? I am really surprised since MY05 E60's started production early this month. How can you get an 05 here 3 weeks ago?

I think you are mis-reading his post. The 2004 was stuck in VPC for 3weeks and when it was ready, he refused to take possesion of it.
In anyevent, the 2005 MY 545 has been in production for about 4 weeks now and the trans-Atlantic Journey only takes 5 days. So Yes!! The first batch of 545 should be hitting East Coast dealers right about now. For West coast, it will take another 2~3 weeks
