Has anyone managed to lease a 550i at the 0.0200 money factor listed in the captive lease rates sticky (ie for 24 or 36 mos) in California or specifically Los Angeles.

Someone told me that the best you can get is 0.0260 on a 550i in SoCal because of regional differences in BMWNA's programs (ie they don't need to incentivize the 550 as much here) even though in most areas its 0.0200.
