Well my car has been in the shop for 2 days and I just got a call saying they are unable to program my car for an aux port not the ipod interface. For some reason a certain module wouldn't allow the update to fully load, I think they said a phone settings or something. I am going to get a detailed list of why they couldnt finish. Gees whats up with these cars. I am thinking about calling BMW NA.

any suggestions

Sounds strange, I had mine programmed several months ago and aside from some user error (mine) installing the harness they said it went quick... like 15 minutes quick. I was told that doesn't even require a full progman update just a module switch flipped.
